SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

RETURN

OBROS OFFICE SOLUTIONS CC cannot refund money for products once the package is opened. All sales are final. However, any unopened may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase. Unopened and unused merchandise returned for refund within the 30 day return period is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges on all returned items.  

All returns must obtain a prior RMA Number (Returned Merchandise Authorization) from Obros Office Solutions CC

Any return we receive without an RMA number will be returned to you and no credit issued. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from date of issuance. Returns must be 100% complete, unopened, unused, sealed in original factory condition, with all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, and inserts. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition.

Before requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), make sure that you have read and understood clearly our Return Policy.

RMA Numbers and return directions will be emailed to customer within 3 days along with a mailing address for your shipment.

When shipping your package, we recommend that you insure the package you are returning. In the event the package is lost or damaged in transit Obros Office Solutions CC shall not be responsible. We suggest that you use a traceable carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. RMA number must appear clearly on the shipping label affixed on the outside of all return shipments. Please do not mark the box itself in any other way. If we do not see the authorized RMA number on the front of the package, it will be refused by Obros Office Solutions CC.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the original payment type used for purchase.

Defective Merchandise

If your merchandise arrives malfunctioning or appears to be defective, please contact Obros Office Solutions CC.

Damaged Merchandise

In the event that your merchandise arrives to you in physically damaged condition due to transit damage, please call us on (011) 312 9610 or email us at: info@obros.co.za   

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage.

Management will consider the damage and may in their sole discretion decide what cause of action will be taken, if any.

After this allotted time, we cannot assist you with any damage that you might have suffered.

We will contact the delivery carrier on your behalf and have the merchandise picked up and inspected. Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping carton. Upon receipt of damaged merchandise to our warehouse, a replacement unit of the same model may be shipped to you.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

will ship internationally under the following conditions:

We reserve the right to refuse to process any order or to refuse to ship to certain countries.

Processing of international orders takes longer. Please allow time for us to pack and weigh your order and estimate the postage & handling cost. We will e-mail this information to you before your order is processed and shipped. We must have confirmation of acceptance of shipping costs and policies before your order is finalized.

Orders that are shipped takes between 4 to 6 weeks to reach their destination subject to certain conditions (volumes, international conditions, ect.)

Obros Office Solutions CC will not be held responsible for late delivery of any goods.

Customs, Duty Tax and VAT - Your goods purchased may be subject to a customs, duty or VAT tax. The regulations concerning whether or not your order will apply vary by country and it is the obligation of the consumer to obtain information concerning these taxes and pay them if necessary. You can usually obtain this information by contacting your postal office or customs office.

Obros Office Solutions CC will not falsify any information on the customs forms.
